VALATIE -- Charles E. Spinner, Jr., 75 yrs. of Route 9, Valatie, NY died suddenly Monday at Albany Memorial Hospital. He was born in Freehold, NY and lived in the Valatie area for many years. He was retired and was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers #106 of Albany. He was a veteran of World War II, having serving in the US Navy.
